By booking Casa Franziska you agree to:

1. Up to 6 guests is the standard count, children and infants included. For larger groups, additional charges apply, and extra mattresses, blankets, and pillows are available on request.
2. No smoking inside the house or in the closed cellar. Smoking is fine on the terrace and in the garden — please leave no waste.
3. No pets. For allergy and cleaning reasons, we cannot welcome pets at Casa Franziska.
4. The house is 358 years old and gently lived-in. Treat her with care, and she will love you back.
5. You confirm and accept to take responsibility for any damage to the house or its contents provably caused during your stay. Costs are charged after departure against documented evidence (photos at check-in and check-out).
6. Cancellation: full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival; 50% refund 14–29 days before; no refund within 14 days.
7. Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM. Flexible if the house is empty around your stay (please ask).
8. You confirm to acknowledge that a car is needed to reach the village.
9. By ticking the box below you accept the full rental agreement, sent to you in the confirmation email.
